What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item, or the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?
We’re sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. But don’t worry, we will make it right for you! Please allow us 3-5 days to process your claim and you will receive a status update.
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at ashleymariesdtb@yahoo.com. In your e-mail please include the following information:
- Your name, e-mail, and best contact number
- Your order number
- Picture of the item that was incorrect, damaged or faulty
- Receipt or proof of purchase
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always inspect to ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Transfers, Patches, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
