Shipping policy

 All orders are subject to a Processing Time, that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Weekends, Vacations, and Holidays) to process.

Unless a design confirmation is needed, Day 1 starts the day after the purchase or order has been placed (excluding Weekends, Vacations, and Holidays). 


After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 7 business days, Express orders can still take up to 5 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 3 business day to process. Ready to Ship Items, such as In Stock Transfers, Chenille Patches, and etc., will be shipped within 2-5 business days. However, Ready to Ship Items could be shipped sooner, excluding weekends and holidays. Unless a design confirmation is needed, Day 1 starts the day after the purchase or order has been placed (excluding Weekends, Vacations, and Holidays). 

Turn around time for all Custom DTF/UV DTF/Ecosolvent Transfer Orders are 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

Turn around time for all Custom Screen Print Transfer Orders are 7-14 business days, due to the print process, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

Turn around time for all Custom Rhinestone Transfer Orders are 10-16 business days, due to the print process, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

All of our custom made orders for apparel items 
 Processing Time is currently 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and purchase the garment(s). 
All of our custom made orders for drinkware have a 
Processing Time which is currently 7-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays. However, it could be completed sooner. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and preparing your order. 

*Please note that Resin/CrystaLac products such as Glitter and Epoxy Tumblers, Coasters, Earrings, Pens, Office Sets, and etc., can take up to 14 business days to ship due to the curing process*

 In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We aim to send out your products as fast as possible, but during busy periods we may not be able to meet these timescales.

Due to Peak Seasons such as Valentine's, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation Season, Black Friday, and Christmas and increased volume with all major shipping couriers, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and encourage early ordering to ensure your goodies arrive on time.

 Pick Up Policy

In most instances, we offer local pick up in the Columbia/Irmo area. At checkout please check them Pick Up for this. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will arrange a Pick Up Date, Time, and Place. If you do not show up for the arranged pick up, we'll hold your items at the store for 10 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and will charge a restocking fee of 75 percent (%) and refund remainder.
