⏱️ Turnaround Time ⏱️

All of our custom made orders for drinkware have a 
Processing Time which is currently 7-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays. However, it could be completed sooner. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and preparing your order.
If an order is placed during Peak Season, the processing time may increase to 15-25 business days. So please plan accordingly. 
 

*PLEASE NOTE: Snowglobe Tumblers have an additional process of degassing. Therefore, their Processing Time is 10-12 business days. *

*PLEASE NOTE: Resin/CrystaLac products such as Glitter and Epoxy Tumblers, Coasters, Earrings, Pens, Office Sets, and etc., can take up to 14 business days to ship due to the curing process*
