PROCESSING/ TURN AROUND TIMES: 

• Standard orders can still take up to 10 business days, for Custom Items such as apparel, accessories, Drinkware, and etc. 
• Standard Turn Around Time for all Ready to Ship Items, such as In Stock Transfers, Chenille Patches, and etc., will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 
• Express orders can still take up to 7 business days, and 
• Rush orders can still take up to 4 business day to process. Except for Ready To Ship Items they will ship out in 1 business day. 
• Expedited orders can still take up to 2 business day to process. Except for Ready To Ship or On Handy Ready To Customize Items they will ship out in 1 business day.

CUSTOM APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES 
Standard Turn Around Time for all of our custom made orders for apparel items. Processing Time is currently 5-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and purchase the garment(s). However, it could ship sooner. *Please note that sometimes depending on size or color of item chosen to be customized, it might not be available for the Rush option. If this occurs, I will contact you immediately to inform you of the options available to you.*

CUSTOM TRANSFERS

DTF/ UV DTF / ECOSOLVENT TRANSFERS

Standard Turn Around Time for all Custom DTF/UV DTF/Ecosolvent Transfer Orders are 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner. 

3D PRINTED CREATIONS

Standard Turn Around Time for 3D Printed Creations Orders are 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS

Standard Turn Around Time for all Custom Screen Print Transfer Orders are 6-9 business days, due to the print process, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

CUSTOM RHINESTONE TRANSFERS

Standard Turn Around Time for all Custom Rhinestone Transfer Orders are 10-16 business days, due to the print process, excluding weekends and holidays. However, it could ship sooner.

RESIN / EPOXY/ GLITTER CREATIONS (Tumblers, Coasters, Pens, & etc.) 

All of our custom made orders for Resin Creations such as Glitter and Epoxy Tumblers, Coasters, Earrings, Pens, Office Sets, and etc., have a Processing Time which is currently 7-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays, due to the curing process . However, it could be completed sooner. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and preparing your order.
