Current Turn Around Time for all Custom Print Transfer Orders is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after designs are approved and invoices are paid. However, it could ship sooner.
All of our custom made orders for apparel items Processing Time is currently 5-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. However, it could be completed sooner. Once you place an order, we immediately start processing and purchase the garment(s).
Unless a design confirmation is needed, Day 1 starts the day after the purchase or order has been placed (excluding Weekends, Vacations, and Holidays).
Please ensure that you upload 1 or 2 PNG images with 300 DPI quality. Choose the appropriate Title such as Mama, Gigi, Nana, or Mimi.
